  • Professional trust·
  • Openness
  • Confidentiality
  • Treat the review as developmental not judgmental

Review partners

The review partners in the Review Team include; the contracted External Facilitator, the Local Authority School Improvement Officer and the Peer Head.

Serious Concerns

In the event of two members of the Review Team (the External Facilitator, Peer Head and the Local Authority Officer) having serious concerns about school standards they would firstly advise the Headteacher of the host school and then formally contact the Chair of Governors and the Local Authority to raise the issues identified.

Review Cycle

The review cycle is a robust framework of 3 visits per year.   This comprises one DAP Full Day Review, a 2 hour Desk Top Review, and a DAP Half Day Review.
